I first went to this salon 12 years ago to try out a hairstyle for my upcoming wedding. The owner did my hair and I LOVED it!!!! I have gone to her ever since and I have never had a bad style. I never even tell her what to do, I just leave it up to her expertise. Every other hairdresser I've ever had was terrible compared to this. My mother-in-law and grandmother now go there too. You can't go wrong at Park West.

Paradise NOT! They are on a crazy busy street next to a biker bar and surrounded by junk food stores like McDonald’s, Wendy’s & Tim Hortons. Motorcycle mufflers, horns honking and car noises galore! My massage was anything but “paradise”, “relaxing”, “restoration”, “rejuvenating” or “renewal” as they falsely claim. They market a view of the lake while your eyes are closed during a massage, listening to a ton of noise. The owner is a dinosaur that makes her staff wear strait jackets. There crazy and this place had to pay to be the “Best of Ontario”… Check out the true paradise at Isabella Spa @ Belhurst Castle or Beau Mode Salon & Spa!

I went to Park West for my wedding on June 2, 2012. They were amazing and everyone's hair looked so beautiful! My hair, 8 bridesmaids, and my mother were all done in less than 1 1/2 hrs! I went in for my trial updo a few months before and went in for a trial makeup about a month before, and everyone was so nice. My fiancee at the time was reading a magazine and got a 15 min free chair massage just because! They really know how to make everyone feel special and take the time to do so. I highly recommend going to Park West for any salon needs, especially for your wedding!

This place is overpriced, and the stylist I had was what I would describe as "fake" friendly. The conversation felt forced, she spent minimal time listening to what I would like and my concerns, and she cut my hair as fast as a stylist at Supercuts. When I arrived and told the receptionist I had made an appointment online, she looked at me, confused, and then asked to take my coat, not telling me that someone would be right with me. I also waited 15 minutes for the appointment, despite arriving right on time. For what they charge and their being rated "Best in Ontario County," I expected considerably more than what I got--a crappy haircut and mediocre service. I would not recommend this salon for a haircut.

I recommend you keep on looking. There are better salons with much better prices, service and styles. My girlfreinds and I have all had bad expereinces there. Keep looking.
