This place is not a spa at all! I...The staff is nice and all of them are very friendly, however if I book a treatment in a spa, I expect to have a relaxing time while in there. There is not atmosphere that makes you feel relax. The reception is full of things that they are selling, there is not a relaxing room, there is no "ambiance"....Let's not talk about the treatment, I had a microdermabration and my face was red for about 8 days...!I have had microdermabrations for the last 4 years in other places and I never got my face looking as raw meat! I am definitely not going back to this place. Please invest some money making treatment rooms nicer

I am so HAPPY a friend referred me to this place! It was amazing! I had a facial- I believe was called the Trio, which lasted about 90 minutes. It was heavenly and my skin looked awesome- smooth and glowy afterwards. The facial I chose included an oxygen treatment- and that was a first for me. Totally worth it! The employees really know their stuff here. I promised myself I was going to start getting facials regularly- so now I have "my place"!

I was given a gift certificate for my birthday to Ellen Marie and had the Guinot facial and the signature massage. This was my first time ever having a facial and absolutely loved it. My face felt so clean, smooth, and healthy. The massage was amazing as well and relieved my lower back pain! The staff was so attentive and nice! I will most definitely be coming back! The treatment is really good. i went there many times to have my eyebrows done, and i have to say they are the best spa-team i have ever met. they know what is good and what looks good and they are very professional. i also had brazilian waxing here and i felt very comfortable. Ellen marie day spa is the best!

I have to agree with all the good ratings. I have waxed for 10 years and this is one of the best waxing I have had (Brazilian/ full leg). My skin is very sensitive and am normally irritated the following day by the process but NOT THIS TIME!!! VICTORIA is wonderful! She makes you comfortable and does a great job as well. I will most definitely be going back to her for all my waxing needs, and would recommend her to anyone!
