Im trying to find Royal pools in Middletown! this is company I used! Matt and Beth are the owners of the company, and I was in constant contact with them during the whole process. ( Im sure My husband and I were annoying as we kept changing the plans , size and position of the pool, but both made me feel that that was just fine.. !) They were both amazing and everything was done right on time! I had called Orange county pools as well as every other pool company in our area, and I am STILL awaiting a call back from any of these companies! Reliable, honest and upfront.. these are words that best describe Royal pools!! Matt was onsite here during the excavation process and stayed here to introduce me to the next crew that would do the installation. I'll post again when the pool is up for a while and let you know.
Royal Pools & Spas is a must if you are looking for a pool or hot tub. They know what they are talking about and they get the job done right.
Great company to deal with and friendly employees. When other stores were out of stock late in the season Royal Pools still had what I was looking for.
I had a great experience dealing with Royal Pools at this location, they got me a great deal on a hot tub spa for my home :)
