DO NOT GO HERE! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!! I went in on 6/9/11 for a tattoo removal. When I called to make the apt, he secretary/receptionist told me that the sessions would be between $60-100. Their website states approx. $70/session. After just waving me to the back, he didn't introduce himself, did not wash his hands, and did not put gloves on. I was removing a small tattoo on my leg. I laid down, he did the procedure, and i had to ask him about aftercare between sessions. He responded in very short words. Then after the procedure was done, he asked me if i was paying cash and if when i made an appt if i discussed a price with the receptionist over the phone. i stupidly said no, so it says "its $100.00". So if i was paying cash, then it would have been cheaper?? i will NOT be going back. What a waste of time, money, and gas in my car. Very unprofessional, unfriendly, and did not take care of his patients the way a "doctor" should.
Arriving a few minutes before the scheduled time, a man who never introduced himself was sitting at the desk. He did not welcome me or acknowledge my entry. The sign at the door said to take a seat but instead I asked the man at the end of the hall if I should come forward. He waved me in. Still no introduction or welcome. He gave me a short form to complete. I attached my medical history which I print off my computer to save time. When I returned to the desk with the completed form and my history, the man barely looked at either and stated he would not perform a procedure using local anaesthetic on someone with my repiratory history, asthma and mild COPD. When I expressed surprise and requested additional information his tone was defensive and it was clear he didn't feel like being bothered. I asked him why this couldn't be asked before the appointment was scheduled and I made the trip. He stated because a secretary couldn't make the decision. True but given his lack of thoroughness, no follow-up questions, neither could he (apparantly). There was no consultation except the less than 5 minute exchange at the front desk. I left, angry my time had been wasted and my intelligence insulted. Frankly, I think he just didn't want my business. Ask a few questions on the phone before scheduling an appointment.
