I had Lipo-suction on my thighs, lower back and abdomen. I knew of Dr Yarinsky's reputation from a friend that had lipo suction and a tummy tuck and spoke very highly of him and the staff. This procedure was one of the best things I could have done for myself, and choosing Dr. Yarinsky was another. He is a thorough, warm and compassionate surgeon. I received calls from Dr. Yarinsky and Holly personally, after my surgery and within the week post-op. He truly cares about his patients and so does the office staff. They remember your name every time you walk into the office and make you feel comfortable and right at home. Dr Yarinsky, the nurses and the entire staff made my decision and experience extremely comforting and wonderful.

Picking a plastic surgeon can be a daunting task. This is why I feel compelled to express my view on Dr. Steven Yarinsky at the Saratoga Springs Plastic Surgery Center in Saratoga, New York. I am a 51 year old woman who like many women my age, want to look and feel younger. I came across Dr. Yarinsky by accident. As this would be too long of a story to tell, I will cut to chase with my experience at Dr. Yarinsky’s Surgery Center. I live in Connecticut approximately 150 miles from Dr. Yarinsky’s surgery center. I have been seeing Dr. Yarinsky for approximately 5 years and can honestly say he is the best Board Certified Plastic Surgeon for a multitude of procedures but my own particular experience is with his expertise in facial fillers. I have seen other renowned plastic surgeons in my area (Fairfield County Connecticut) and can honestly tell you how disappointed and disheartened it was to not be happy or feel over done with the results I was trying to achieve. If you know anything about face fillers you will know that there are many to choose from and this can be overwhelming to understand which fillers are right for your individual chemistry and desires. Dr. Yarinsky takes his time and truly listens to your wishes and his staff is so knowledgeable, warm and welcoming. Injecting face fillers is an art and you need to realize that no matter what degrees or certifications a Dr. may have, it is more important that they also posses an artistic eye like that of Dr. Yarinskys. His 26 years of experience and expertise make him far superior in his field. He is well worth the drive!

Before I followed through and got my breast implants, my husband and I visited Dr. Yarinsky's office 3 times in like 10 years, wanting to do it, but not being able to justify the cost. So, after the 3rd time, we started to shop around and visited other plastic surgeon offices. After the 2nd place we visited, we decided that we would save up the money and do it with Dr. Yarinsky. We saw some scary practices out there, doctors that were no where near as nice, knowledgeable or as forth coming as Dr. Yarinsky. In May of 2008 we decided that it was time, we saved up the money and had the time in our schedule to do it. What I want you to know above everything else, is that it was the BEST experience ever. I loved having it done right in the office, I knew everyone that was going to be in the operating room, I didn't have to worry about underpaid nurses or staffing issues. I was confident that I was in good hands. The staff and Dr. Yarinsky himself are so welcoming and helpful and were there with us every step of the way...not only leading up to and including the surgery, but for the weeks following. I cannot express how happy we are with the result. I thank Dr. Yarinsky everyday, because of the confidence I gained feeling great in my own skin again!!!! If I ever decide to do any other plastic surgery I will definitely return and I highly recommend Dr. Yarinsky, he's a great doctor and a really great guy, I look forward to stopping in once a year for a follow up, it's kind of like visiting family...I'm almost 7 years out now and every singe part of the process has been perfect and far beyond the standards they set!!!!! I lost 50 pounds and had been thinking about a breast augmentation for almost two years because when I lost my weight I lost most of my chest. From the consultation, to the surgery, to the recovery, Dr. Yarinsky and his team were with me every step of the way and they really do care about each and every patient. They made the entire process a smooth and enjoyable one. There is a reason why Dr. Yarinsky has earned all of the awards and recognition he has and has such impressive statistics. He is the BEST at what he does and so is his team. There is a sincerity and heartfelt kindness in what they do and it shows from the moment you walk into the office.
