Been searching hard to find a great nail services, in a spa environment, this is the place Her gel nails and her pedicures are so far the best I have discovered in Saratoga, The nails lasted 3 weeks, pedicure was 6 weeks, she knows her stuff, and had no pain For once, great service and so worth the money for once, will return, for sure!!!

I live in Saratoga Springs and I have been to many of the Spas. This is so the right place for me. After three of four years of visiting different places, I always go to this Spa now. It's not the greatest place! It's not really touristy- I know many locals that love it! don't get me wrong- It's not an eye candy place or over the top- it's clean and relaxing, it's price is right, and the people that have taken care of me have always been top notch. I really love it here. I always feel great when I leave. I especially love the Bath!!! The green around the metal in the bath is from the minerals in water which is highly good for you- it's not dirty as another review says. Anyone from Saratoga would know this if you have Spring water in your tube. Impossible to get rid of the iron and metal in the water, in fact, you want it there! Oh yes, and I love the receptionists. If I didn't live here, I would visit just to enjoy this spa. I live here though, lucky me!

I recently went to this spa after researching and reading all the positive reviews on multiple websites. Imagine my shock when I pull up to a Bates Look-a-like motel that this "upscale" spa is attached to. I decided to give it a chance anyway. When I checked in it quickly becomes apparent that they scheduled my spa service wrong along with friends’. While the receptionist was very nice and tried to work it out (after blaming me for it) the manager comes out and very rudely says to me that regardless if I get my service or not I was going to pay. She literally got in my face about it. Now please keep in mind I NEVER said I was going to leave just wanted to get the services we requested. After having to get rid of one of my services and altering my friends’ service we were taken into our rooms. To my shock the room was run down (you should know that the whole place is run down not upscale in any shape or form) and the bath tub fixtures were green with rust all over them along with the handles on the tub. I couldn't relax looking at that. The other two services were good but my scalp treatment was used with cold oil and was shocked when I was told that they have no shower facilities and would have to walk around town like that. They actually have the nerve to say they recommend the "slicked back look". This place is a joke and I couldn't get out of there fast enough. From the rude people, to the dirty run down rooms, to NO shower facilities, I would NEVER recommend this place to my worst enemy. Those positive reviews I saw must have been paid to say it or work for the spa. If you are looking for a substandard spa I would go there, if you are looking for a clean, relaxing spa with SHOWERS go to another one.

My friends and I drove 5 hours out for a girls' weekend and had an experience I can only describe as hilarious. The spa is surrounded by a run-down motel. When we arrived, we checked in and they had booked us for wrong packages (massages instead of facials). When we brought this to their attention, the attendants were very rude and said we could not cancel and would be penalized $50 if we did. My friends and I had no intentions of canceling the reservations- we just wanted them to try to fix the mistaken bookings! Nevertheless, we went along. My rose "luxury bath" was downgraded to a normal mineral bath. When I pointed out that I was charged for the luxury bath but received a normal one, they gave me a satchel of potpourri and said I can throw that in my bath tub at home for the same effect. (Incidentally, I tried this at home and it's literally dry potpourri- doesn't release a fragrance, not luscious rose petals floating in the water... just dried pieces that clog up the tub). The bath tubs were old and rusted. My friend had an oil head and neck scalp treatment which was done with cold oil and subsequently she was told the spa did not have a shower and she should just walk around downtown with the "slick look." Ultimately, a disastrous experience but thankfully my girlfriends and I still enjoyed our weekend away because of the company, definitely not because of the Crystal spa! Go elsewhere!!!!
