Columbus Laser Spa has evening and weekend appointments making it very convenient to schedule an appointment as long as you do it in advance (i.e. as soon as your current appointment is over). If you need to reschedule a week or two out, it will be much tougher. The nurses on staff are very knowledgeable and very friendly. There is one receptionist that isn't as friendly and tends to be short with people but everyone else has been very pleasant.

2/3/15 I was a little nervous about laser hair removal, but the consultant reassured me of the procedure and made me feel comfortable. All the ladies were very knowledgeable from the front desk to the laser tech. I had my first treatment the same day and I'm thankful to the staff for the extra reassurance. Looking forward to my future treatments.

After a YEAR of going there things are getting worse with my experience there. I am constantly being switched technicians and once you are switched you can never go back to the previous technician because they are all FULL! Last technician I saw had a horrible attitude. She wouldn't address any of my questions and made me feel like I shouldn't be there and that I was an inconvenience to her. So during the session it was awkward silence and she rushed out fast when she finished. I left wanting to never go back to Columbus Laser Spa. My rating will change when I feel that the front desk does a good job of keeping you with the same technician that the customer wants and here's to hoping I don't have another nasty technician since I still have multiple treatments left. Honestly, right now I wouldn't recommend CLS to any family or friends that is how negatively my last visit impacted me.

Very happy with the results. Everyone is friendly and nice. Best price anywhere!! It's a no brainier... Just do it!

I have completed 3 treatments at Columbus Laser Spa and so far everything has been great! The people are very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I am amazed by the results. I noticed a significant change after the 1st treatment and now after the 3rd...I barely shave at all! It truly has been an awesome experience and I highly recommend!
