They don't know their pricing. Last time, I came in and got done eyebrows, upper lip and sides San they charged $18. Next time I went in they charged me $21. The first time i went in it was pretty busy, so they had the receptionist do my upper lip! I was shocked and then the girl ruined my eyebrows. When I told her that one eyebrow looks thinner than the other she wouldn't admit to it. Then I asked another lady and she agreed but the lady doing my eyebrow wouldn't fix it. I went in on a Saturday and the owner was on her phone. I was the only one waiting and she wouldn't take me in. Some of the girls do a great job with the eyebrows. They need to work on their customer service.

I had a horrible experience. I went in for a quick trim before a wedding and walked out with my hair 4" shorter on the right than the left. When I expressed my shock and horror they refused to admit any error and instead told me if I tilt my head a little it looked straight. Really??? Don't go there!! Although the owner is great, her staff are ill trained and incompetent. If you value your hair - go somewhere else!

Seema Spa is a hidden gem. I have always had a great experience here. I get my eyebrows perfectly threaded and its almost pain free and I leave the place without getting any red rash as I do with waxing. I have an acne prone skin and I am usually skeptical to try a new place. I have started getting facials and exfoliation from Seema and my skin has been glowing ever since. I receive multiple compliments and it has added so much confidence. I recommended this place to everyone. My friend gets her hair done here and she is a regular client as well. Best place ever for all my beauty needs.

They ruined my eyebrows. I went there for the first time, it was a busy place. So they threaded my eyebrows in 5 mins!! It looks totally messed up. When I asked the lady to fix it, she said they look good enough to me! Don't ever go there...its not worth the 20 min wait. On top of that, the lady threaded so badly that I broke out and I never break out after threading.
