I have been to several massage therapists and spas and I can honestly say none of them top what you will receive at Exhale Body and Soul. No freezing rooms (they have table warmers) or outdated décor. Everyone is wonderful and the service is amazing. A true gem in Defiance, Ohio that will put the big city spas to shame!
All of the therapists at Exhale Body and Soul are top notch! I have had many massages there, for relaxation, headaches and just muscle aches in general. They are very careful to understand my reason for being there and how they can help me. I always leave feeling completely relaxed and in much better shape than when I went in! The other thing I enjoy is just the overall atmosphere - very calming. The therapists all also have the type of personality that just calms and relaxes me as well. Highly recommended! And be sure to try the hot stone massage!
I would highly recommend Exhale Body and Soul to anyone looking for a relaxing massage or relief from pain. I have been seeing the staff at Exhale for over a year now and I can honestly say I have NEVER had a bad massage. I walk away feeling stress-free and pain free!
