Takako Cooper does an awesome job here! I live all the way up in the Cle/Akron area, but I wait to get until I'm going through Columbus to get my hair cut so Takako can do it.

The entire staff was very helpful and inviting. They assisted me with directions, as I am new to the area, then warmly welcomed me upon arrival. Beth was especially wonderful. I came in for a simple eye-brow waxing, and left knowing this will now be 'my salon' for many other services. It is very refreshing to find a place that genuinely values customer service. Thank you ladies!
