Absolutely awful. I went it for a simple shampoo & blow dry and almost left there in tears. I had a rather important work function that evening and thought it would be nice to have my hair done - huge mistake. After the long process (nearly two hours...for a BLOW DRY!) my hair had so much product in it, it looked like I hadn't showered in three days. After explaining to her I wanted a voluminous blow out it couldn't have been more opposite of what I asked for. I was actually late for work after going home and trying to do anything I could think of to fix it. More than that, I called to let the instructor know my dissatisfaction and she made me feel as if I were making it up entirely. Prime example of you get what you pay for! Avoid at all costs.

VERY OVER PRICE FOR THEIR SERVICE , WOULDN'T ALLOW A CHILD TO GO GET ANYTHING DONE ... MY THREE YEAR OLD HAD HER NAILS PAINT AND FEET CHARGE ME $37.50 WITHOUT TELLING ME THE PRICE BEFORE DOING THE SERVICE ..... I WAS TOLD $15.00 BUT AFTER THE SERVICE WAS HIT WITH A PRICE WAS VERY UNFAIR FOR A KID THAT IS 3YRS OLD ..

Had my back waxed there for the first time ever, and the girls were knowledgable, and well versed in the techniques. I would certainly go back again!

Just went ion and got a wonderful haircut from a wonderful stylist named Chelsey (I think) She was super fun and the haircut is amazing! I definitely recommend it!
