Usually come here every year. Unfortunately, I think this will be our final visit. Our suite smells, burn holes in carpet, oven door broken, dirty dishes, bathroom door handle came off in my hand, plastic falling off tub, overall very dirty. Waterpark is dirty. The restaurants are terrible and over priced. The spa however was very nice. Staff for the most part has always been pleasant.

I love going here as a kid and I still go. I love going to the water park and I loved the wavy pool. Also the Rooms are so Beautiful I enjoy the African Art as well. If you want to go on vacation even when it Christmas I would go here

It's the absolute best hotel and water park I have ever been to! I have tried other ones but this one is the one I keep going back to. The hotel room is extremely clean. All the workers even the cleaning crew are friendly and the water park is bigger than any other! Yeah it costs more but it's because it's worth more. Love it! I'll come back a million times!

We had a great time. Amazing Waterpark, room and game room. The place was very clean and there was so much to do. Good room service and our room had a great view. I'd recommend this too anybody so much as that were 10 minutes away right now.

Like going to Florida in Sandusky Ohio. The rooms are great and the park is a blast. While the price is high it is close to home and guaranteed fun for kids and adults. Two nights is the most you would want to stay, you will be exhausted and closer as a family when you leave. Lots of inexpensive food options outside of the park.
