My mom took me here on my birthday for a spa day, I got a body wrap, which was terrible because the lady talked to me the entire time. I got a hot stone massage which was much better but the masseur also talked the whole time, but much more soothing... Then my haircut... My stylist insulted me more than once, made me feel like a total loser (On my birthday, which he knew) persuaded me into cutting off 7" of hair by making constant derogatory remarks about how long it was. Then I asked him to curl it and he said he would have to charge me for another hour because my hair is so thick (said in an annoyed tone). I left there feeling completely shattered with a haircut I was not in the least bit fond of and styled completely different than I had envisioned to join the rest of my birthday party. Horrible experience. That being said, I gave it another shot a few months later (due to persuasion from a friend), I got a new hairstylist (I wish I could remember her name right now) and absolutely loved my haircut! She was totally nice, definitely not snobby like the guy I got before. I will only go there if I can have her style my hair, and I definitely don't recommend there spa services if you're looking to unwind.

I had a great body massage here. Before the therapist starts the massage, she always let me inhale the aveda aroma oil scent. It is a good start and always makes me relax. One time I have had a hair cut and it was not a great experience, but that does not actually mean she was a bad hair stylist. She was probably a type of stylist who cares more on maintaining healthy hair.

I had Ann expert stylist. She gave me a cut. But after so many cuts I know when I see something I don't like. I had issues and called the SALON and they quickly putt me on her very tight schedule. She agreed that the cut could indeed fix the cut. S he spent a while, she spent along time going through trial and error. we finally settled on the cut. it turned OUT TO BE THE BEST CUT AND STYLE I HAVE EVER HAD. GREAT JOB K

I visited Ihloff for highlights and a haircut on Tuesday of this week. It was my first appointment with Lauren Lynn. I had been a client of Daniel and had not been back since Daniel has been gone. I must say, I absolutely love my color and cut. It was a little risky to do color and a haircut with a brand new stylist, but she did exactly what I envisioned. I have had trouble with my hair turning yellow or gold and she completely got rid of that brassiness. I was able to style my hair with ease and it looks so nice. Can't say enough good things. Thank you, Lauren Lynn!

Seth has cut and colored my hair several times. I couldn't be happier. He takes his time and always does a great job. He's very kind and thoughtful. I have had other stylist but he is by far my favorite.
