I went in because I couldnt get in to see my regular lady at another salon. I just wanted an over all color to cover the grey, and nothing else. I was placed with someone named Cali, who proceded to color my hair, she offered to put an additional glaze on it to make it shiny stating it was no extra charge and let me pick out a color, ( I picked a lavender), when she was rinsing me out I cuold feel water running down my back(white shirt) then I tild her no need to cut I, I only needed the color, she said no just let me trim it you dont have much to trim and it will be no charge. SHe CUT my hair in a wedge and its completely uneven. I get to check out its $175 . the girl said glaze was 20 and she charged me for the cut- BIg storm outside was so floored about price just left. got home my shirt is purple down thew back, went back to salon to get a refund for the two services that were to be no charge and they just pretty much laughed at me. Not any way to do business.!! LIAR SALON!!

I took my 2-yr old boy in to see Carissa for his first haircut. She is AWESOME with children!! They talked the whole time! She did exactly what I wanted with his long blonde hair, and even wrapped up his first curl up for me to take home as a keepsake. The salon is beautiful and bright and clean and well located on Brookside. My husband and I both regularly have Carissa shampoo/cut/style/color our hair and it is fabulous every time.
