Just wanted to say that I recently had the pleasure of getting a great haircut and beautiful color by Jackee! She listened to my requests, made fun suggestions and ultimately gave me the color and cut I have loved above any other I have received in a long time. Check her out, she is fantastico! The salon is clean, well laid out and fairly priced. I would recommend to anyone looking for a new spot. :)

I'm usually very forgiving of business faux pas or lack of common courtesy at times. However, this salon has left such an indelible bitter taste that I'm taking to review them several months after the incident. I was a walk-in customer and it didn't seem like they were too happy to see someone who didn't have a prior appointment. I was introduced to a grumpy hairstylist, who barely smiled once during my entire session or offered any pleasantries, except to bark instructions to follow her to have my hair washed. All my small talk was immediately struck down either with a curt reply or a head shake. I do not recall her name, but she had plenty of tattoos and absolute disinterest in engaging with the customer. The haircut was so terrible that it was a glaring testament to the stylist's indifference and the fact that she did not hear any of my request or preferences. And just when I thought things can't get any worse, I went to the front desk to pay my bill and I was hinted to leave a tip. I bit my tongue and decided to look past everything and asked them to add it to my total, so I can put it on my credit card - But much to my surprise - it was CASH ONLY to tip! Instead of accommodating a customer who did not have cash to tip, they had the nerve to point me to their ATM machine to withdraw cash in order to TIP the HORRIBLE service I had just endured!!! And to top it - their cash machine charges unreasonable amount of fees to withdraw! How greedy can one be! What a bunch of insensitive and pretentious snobs who are only out there to fleece you! I work for a local business with over 2000 employees and our company used to send out weekly email bulletin promoting this salon to all their employees. Well, not anymore since I've advised our HR/PR folks at our office to replace these disconnected elitist with far more deserving salon services in the area. Never again.

I had Andrea who is possibly the worst, worst hair stylist ever. I have had hair cuts from many places in the world including London, Paris and Milan and this one is the worst. When I got talking to Andrea, she made it clear that she does not prefer cutting indian/asian hair, this made me feel very uneasy. Stay away from this place. My hair is ruined wasted $97 and 4 hours of my time. Will now have to wait 2 months before I can get this fixed. If you have nice long hair - BE CAREFUL they dont like you.

I've been getting my hair done for around a year and a half here. I go to Jen for my haircuts and Holly for my color. I'm always so excited to get my hair done! Holly is wonderful at color. It is hard to do a good blonde color and Holly is great at it! I've gone alot of places to get my hair done blonde and she's been one of the best! She is also is such sweetheart! Jen always gives me a great haircut whether I'm changing my hairstyle or just getting a shape up it always looks great! Recently, the front desk staff has been really nice- I'm wondering if they have hired new people! Price wise they are really not that bad. I've been alot of places that are alot more expensive.
