The staff treats you like family at Tuscany! It is an absolutely warm and inviting environment! Yvonne, the owner, treats every customer with personal attention and goes above and beyond to make her clients feel informed. She is very smart and knowledgable on skin conditions. She helped my mom figure out she had allergic reactions and that's why her skin was acting up. She advised my mom to see someone to test her for allergies and she was correct! My mom is very stubborn and doesn't do much for herself and wouldn't have gone to see a specialist on allergies without Yvonne's encouragement! She knew right away that it was allergies my mom was having issues with. Yvonne also does amazing spray tans. The best in town. They really last, and they've lasted around 2 weeks for me before. They're awesome. In addition, the rest of the staff is also very friendly and extremely personable. I could talk to the girls for hours! They are extremely helpful and knowledgable on tanning. Amy is always helping me with any lotion questions or advice on which bed I should use! Yvonne's husband, Andy, is very kind as well, and it's really great how he likes to interact with the customers as well! There is most certainly NOT a bug issue! I've tanned here for a while, a few years, and I've never once seen a bug. This salon is super clean, along with the hair salon, which I absolutely love getting my hair done at. Great place!

This salon allows minors to use tanning beds without parental permission. When I spoke to the owner today about my concerns, he was most rude and unhelpful

I prefer my spa experience without roaches! While TUSCANY SUN + SPA looks quaint, it lacks in so many ways! The staff, ages 17-21, is inexperienced. They do hair, nails and massages accordingly--BEAUTY 101. And finally, I prefer my tanning bed experience without bugs! And forget telling the manager anything... Why she actually invited me to go to another tanning salon! To which I respond, "GLADLY! HOLLYWOOD TANS HERE I COME!"
