This place is the best. Best work. Best prices. Best Quality. Lisa and Cindy consistently provide high quality nail and waxing services and they do it 7 days a week. Amazing! Outstanding! Make an appointment or don't bitch about having to wait. (I personally would wait endless hours for either Lisa or Cindy. I mean really, where do you go to get this level of service and NOT have to have an appointment.) Having been to several disastrous nail salons, and being quite particular, I have NEVER been dissatisfied with their work. Their work is technically perfectly exact, and when combined with their artistic flair, the results are fabulous. If you don't get what you want it's because of your own failure to communicate. Quite simply, this is the best nail place in all of Lancaster and York counties. ( I personally drive for over an hour to get my nails done here. And trust me on this, I would not do it if it was not worth the time or money.) Hint: Leave 'em a nice great big tip! at these prices they deserve it. IF YOU CAN'T GENEROUSLY TIP THEM, STAY THE HELL HOME!

I get my nails done here a lot. They do a great job. However, yesterday I wanted to treat myself, so I was looking a the "Facials/Waxing" menu and decided to get my eyebrows done and a facial. I was completely thrown for a loop when the "facial" (which I thought was going to be a typical deep-cleansing facial) turned out to be facial WAXING. When I was asking about the facial, I said I had sensitive skin, and the woman said they had creme for sensitive skin. Once the waxing started it was my mistake to not stop it, but I didn't want part of my face done, as that would look weird. And the "cream for sensitive skin" turned out to be Neosporin. I left with bright red, blotchy skin piled with Neosporin. She commented "you have sensitive skin"... yes, I said that. It was MY fault for not understanding what their menu meant by facial, and I should have asked more questions. I really like the owner and others who work there, but communication is a big issue. I have also had long waits as well. I noticed when people call and make appointments, the women don't write things in the book. I went as a walk-in one day, and about 15 minutes later an appointment for 2 came in. I had to wait, even though I was already started, until she called someone to come finish my nails. Yesterday, I waited almost an hour.

I go here alot n i love it they are always nice n don't overcharge they always do a great job!

Its a small business in a house, so I thought the woman doing them would take her time and do a good job for such a small business. She was extremely sloppy and rushed through the entire process. This was probably the worst nail salon I've ever been to. There is nail polish all over my fingers, my acrylics are thick and my nails are completely uneven that I had to file them once I got home. I wish there was a way to post a picture of what they look like...awful..DO NOT go here, I know I will NOT be going back.

I have only gone to get my eyebrows waxed, but they always do a great job for way less than anyone else.
