She is AMAZING. I have had many Brazilians in the past, I just moved to the area. Leah by far is the most efficient, least painful and pleasant aesthetician! The receptionist is very friendly and organized as well.

Terrible service -- I've been a client since they opened, and I won't be going back. After waiting over an hour for my scheduled service, I had to cancel. They did not refund my money -- only offered me a credit and they kept the tip that my husband had pre-paid them for the service. The service was supposed to be part of my Christmas present, so it ruined what should have been a nice gift.

I have gone to this Salon for a number of years mostly because the convenient location and proximity to my house. There are several reasons why I am thinking of switching. They are NEVER on time they often book multiple people at the same time for one stylist. There have been many times where I have had to wait up to 20-25 min for my hair cut. There is only one stylist that does a reasonable job on hair cut (of course she is the one who has the least number of hours and is often off). The rest of the stylists are really not good. The hair cuts are expensive and the whole experience not worth the time or money. Yes I think there is time for a change!

Combine talent and service and you have Onde Spalon.... I highly recommend their services! They are located right on 252 so they are easy to find.
