I used the Bamboo Spa on various occasions and have never been let down by their professionalism and superb customer service. Even when I had an issue or problem the workers are willing to work with me to ensure that I could be happy. I will bring my business here in the future.

I have tried almost every nail salon in the Springfield area and I have to say Bamboo is the best. Ivy is the technician that I always request. She does the best pedicure and manicure and always has great ideas for designs. I usually doze off when she is doing my pedicure it is so relaxing. I suggest you make an appointment.

I've been going to this place for almost 3 years now. I have never heard a bad thing about them. I've gone to places that use cheap quality products that crack the next day, or your acrylics look white...Bamboo's products are very good quality. I am very rough with my nails and they still last weeks. The only thing that has ever bothered me is sometimes you may have to wait even if you have an appointment. I'd say a busy salon is a sign that they're doing something right. I read a complaint that someone didnt get lotion rubbed into their hands and a hot towel after getting their nails done... I find that very strange because I've NEVER seen this step skipped. I'd say give them another try and I doubt you would be disappointed. Also, if you ever voice your concerns to the owner, he is always very happy to please his customers...He does not like a customer to leave unhappy.

Bamboo Nails & Spa is one of my favorite nail and spa salons! I usually do my own mani- pedi's at home because I am not usually satisfied with the pedicures I get at nail salon. But at Bamboo, the pedicures are done with care and attention, and the employees are very patient and attentive to client needs. I get shellac gel nails which tend to last me almost 3 weeks with no chips and the massages are the best around town for the value. I have had a hot stone massage and I got my mom a spa package and she loves the massage therapist there! All in all great service! The owners Ryan and Mimi run a great business!

Not impressed. My mother and I had an appt for a Mani pedi at 10am. My mom didn't get started until 10:45. She got the herbal pedi and couldn't smell any of the herbs,either could I. My refill was lacking things that other salons do like rubbing your hand with lotion and putting the hot towel over them (my favorite part!) The worst part is that the very next day I broke a nail! Very shifty work! I went to have it fixed and they told me 10 mins. After 20 mins I got up and left. Time is just a number to these people. Very unhappy with the service, quality and professionalism of this salon. There are plenty other salons that are so much better. Don't waste your time!
