I have been going to Massage Envy once a month for a while now and each time I have gone it has always been a positive and relaxing experience. I am greeted at the door by friendly and smiling people and my massage therapist, Wes, always does a great job by focusing on the areas that need the most attention, usually my neck and back where I tend to hold most of my stress.
My husband and I went to massage envy for our anniversary and it is hands down the worst masssageexperience we have ever had. We were new clients, so we arrived 20 minutes early to fill out paperwork. They were 10 minutes late taking us back. It took my massage therapist an additional 10 minutes to get started ( I was left in the room that long). The masssage was terrible and to add insult to injury, the masssage ended 5 minutes before the hour. When I dressed and went out to the lobby, my husband was already out there. That means we paid for a 1 hour massage each and only recieved a 35 - 40 minute massage. Horrible. Will not go back and waste my money!
I have been going to this location since they opened. They have wonderful customer service and Fabron gives the best massages I have ever had. I would recommend this location to anyone!
