Serenity Massage brought new meaning to health. Because of massage and Carolyn's knowledge and gift, healing of my body launched. I realize massage isn't an amenity, it is a necessity. We face so much with our entire body; pollution, additives, tragedy, conflict, and it all has adverse effects and massage can solve or ease. Carolyn is so respectful and intuitive. She has learned her art well. She listens to your body and launches mending throughout with all massage techniques.

I started using Carolyn a few months ago when the one I was using had to be off for medical reasons & told me she could no longer continue her deep-tissue massages. I was blessed to have found Carolyn & she was awesome for getting me in ASA she could, squeezing me to do her best! Her wondrous hands know just how to hit those pressure points of knowing how much pressure & where to apply her skills.

I have Been getting massages here for a few years and I will never go anywhere else! I recently moved to another town but I will continue to come and get massages here! Massage Therapy helps relieve my Fibromyalgia pain. Carolyn's use of different types of massage releases my Trigger Points (those places that hurt the most and radiate pain) which allows me to relax and reap the benefits of healing touch. Carolyn can "read" my body and find the places that I don't even know are causing pain. I tell her that she has "magic fingers" that seem to know just what to do. Sometimes, I am in such pain that only a light touch can be tolerated, and Carolyn knows that as soon as she touches my back. I highly recommend Carolyn for any type of chronic pain, for she has a God-given gift and the training to care for a person who is hurting.

FABULOUS!! Carolyn asked me what I specifically wanted to work on and only charges $50 an hour for a full body to include a small face massage. She used some hot stones to warm up the muscles and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. She is a little hard to schedule but it's only because she is the only one working in her spa and she is highly sought out in Abilene. I highly recommend Carolyn to anyone looking for a great and relaxing massage. I am definitely becoming a regular customer!
