DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY - I paid $300 a night for my double queen room in November 2014. It was 68 degrees when we got in the room that night at 7:30ish. We got the room up to 74 degrees by the time we went to bed a 10 PM. When we got up in the morning at 6:30 AM it was 66 degrees and we couldn't get the temperature to raise above 67 degrees by the time we left at 8:00 AM. Additionally with the hot water on full it was not warm enough to take a nice warm shower. And when it is 66 degrees in the bathroom - that's rough. The big kicker was when I told the front desk they simply said 'OK'. No concern nor an apology.

This hotel has been great every time I have been there. The staff was a amazing to help my husband plan our proposal in November 2013. The food has been great every single time we've been. It's worth going. The building has been restored beautifully!

Amazing hotel. The restaurant has the worst food. The staff said knows about it and they do nothing. Several of the staff members told me that they get several complaints about the same things. Do yourself a favor, if you stay at this beautiful remodeled hotel, do not eat at their bar or main restaurant. Update: I have eaten dinner at this restaurant two times now. Both times I was overcharged and both times the food was not something you would want to eat. If you're charging $30 for steaks and $20 for pasta make sure taste better than IHOP food. Management did not care. I never received an apology from anybody except an attitude for returning the food.
