One of the worst pedicures I've ever received. Pampering is not supposed to feel like torture. I don't care how sorry you are, this salon will never see my business again.

First of all, I have been there before and have liked the job that they did. However, this time was terrible. I bring my little sister and her little friend with me to go get our nails done. My sister and I got a pedicure, her friend got a manicure. the manicure looked pretty good. the pedicures were terrible. It was like a freaking cattle call- wanted us in and out. my lady rushed the whole time. the scrub and massage with the lotion- excuse me, what massage with the scrub and lotion?! It didn't even last a minute. my sister luckily got a nice massage and scrub, but when it came to the nail polish for the both of us, it was not good. i had to take my little sister back in to get the nail polish around the cuticles taken off. it was ridiculous because the prices were insane. I paid 25 dollars for my sisters and 27 for mine. the original price is 29. Not happy. I have had better experiences here, but because of this, I will not be back.

HORRIBLE service. The gentleman boasted about how I 'chose' the perfect place and continued to criticize the nails I previously had on. Not only was the service horrible but the nail salon was extremely unsanitary. The sink where you scrub your nails, had a huge pile of clean AND dirty brushes. Also, there were no CLEAN towels to wipe your hands. They were all dumped in one basket. DISGUSTING. The gentleman also said I should 'go to another town because there were more Hispanics there' which I took offense to. Needless to say, this place is FAR from perfect. DO NOT go here.

I was the maid of honor in my friend's wedding recently and I organized a nail salon day the Friday before the wedding. I had never been here before but the bride suggested this salon because it is one of her favorite places to go in the area. We had in total around 12 people who got services with most getting mani/pedi combos. I had called in advance to schedule everyone's appointments and somehow there was confusion and the appointments were not booked when we called to confirm. However, everyone was very apologetic and Rosanne went out of her way to accomodate us and brought in extra staff to make sure all of our girls were well taken care of. In addition, they allowed us to BYOB and the staff helped serve the girls beverages and snacks so that no one had to get out of their pedicure chairs! The pricing is right in line with all of the other nail salons in the area and all of the staff was friendly. Overall it was a very relaxing experience and all of the girls had a wonderful time. I will definitely go here again!

I love this salon!!! Linh the owner has the most professional staff and incredible service! I would recommend it to anyone who enjoys being pampered. When Lynh says PERFECT NAILS she means it! I will always come here and so do my three daughters!!! FIVE STARS!!! Desiree Pianelli
