I had my first appointment with Lauren last week and she did an amazing job. My hair is long and really needed a good cut and shaping. Lauren made a few suggestions to create more of a "Style" and I'm so glad we went with her recommendations. She trimmed my layers in the back perfectly and shortened the layers around my face and now my hair has more volume, lots of bounce and looks great curly or straight. She was extremely thorough. Patrick did my blow dry and styling and he was so sweet and a total perfectionist. My hair was so perfect that I hardly had to do anything to it for two days after. The salon was very nice and loved the Aveda products. Overall great experience...I'll definitely be back!

I found WE by searching salons in Irving online. I was lucky enough to have Lauren do my hair and she was amazing. The atmosphere is great, the staff is fun, and the end product was the best I've had. Highly recommend WE.

I have to say from the front desk to the stylists are so nice and so welcoming and very professional. I am telling all my friends about this salon and of course Emily. She is the bomb dot com in my book!!!

I just got my hair cut by Kelsey. She is AWESOME. They don't accept tips. You pay what they tell you. I will definitely be going back!
