My experience at Cloud 9 Salon with Brittany Brewer was completely terrible and uncomfortable. Honestly, i would not recommend her unless you want to be treated like a complete inconvenience to HER time (even though I scheduled an appointment and she rescheduled for more time to do what I wanted to be done to my hair). I felt so uncomfortable with her from the moment I sat in her chair and she was glaring at me and trying to talk me out of what I wanted to do to my hair. She even kept raising the price, I guess hoping I would say "that's too much" and leave. The whole time was completely uncomfortable and her attitude was terrible to the point of being mean and rude to the customer, since I wanted to proceed regardless of cost. She rushed through my hair and got upset when I told her I wanted to her to redo it and fix it. Tired to even blame me. She doesn't know her colors or how they will mix or react with hair, even though I called and asked for the most experienced and knowledgeable in these types of hair colors. They recommended me to her, then when I got nervous and ask her how many she had done, she replied back with "a few". To top it all off, she didn't even finish her job, sent me home in a hair net with dye still in my hair to wash out when I got home. And thanks, after that I spend the next two days bleaching my bathtub. She didn't even finish her job or offer to have someone finish it for her since she was so concerned with the time....terrible customer service. I felt as though I was being punished and treated badly because I wanted to do something fun for me and my hair and it inconvenienced her because she didn't want to do it, even though we had an appointment to do this.

I moved to Texas two years ago and have been struggling to find a stylist who did my hair the way I like it. I was referred to Cloud 9, specificially Stacey, by a few girls I work with and decided to give her a try. Stacey took time to listen to my needs and made me feel completely comfortable. My appointment was at 5:30 am which I thought I would hate, but it was actually a genius idea! My color is perfect and the cut was spot on. I am beyond happy to have found my perfect stylish and highly recommend Stacey!

nice place. friendly staff. worst haircut i've had in 40 years. i'm new to area - came in on a saturday to see if I could get a cut... i had been to a few of the Great Clips - and really didn't like to wait, or the caliber of my haircut... got a fairly new stylist... Jackie. she was polite...but i'm a guy, i work with other guys (the kind that wear black belts & tennis shoes)... and they all found time to comment on the uneven & poor shape of my hair. i went to website to contact owner.... NO WAY TO CONTACT VIA EMAIL i will now tell everyone that i can how awful my haircut was (sorry Jackie, but be glad your have a husband with a job) i suggest you go anywhere but here.

I love going to Cloud 9 Salon and Spa. I can't even begin to describe how much I love Patti W., she has always done a great job on my hair. She takes her time and listens to how I would like my hair. I have always had positive, wonderful experiences with her. I would highly recommend her for anyone looking for a great hair turn out and a friendly and caring person to add.

I found Stacey through several other referrals on another forum and gave her a try. She is terrific! She fixed a terrible haircut and has since given me another cut that is just perfect for my hair type, face shape and busy lifestyle. It is the best cut I have ever had! Stacey is very professional and sweet. She's on already been cutting hair for 10 years so she's experienced but still young and hip. Her pricing is reasonable and she books up really fast so you have to make an appointment and be on time or you'll miss out.
