I didn't even get to go to the spa because they called me two weeks before my appointment saying they couldn't do that time anymore and tried to push it 3 hours later. This was my husband's and my anniversary plans and our first day away from our daughter since we had her to do something for ourselves. When I called them back to tell them that the new time they wanted wouldn't work they didn't even seem to care that it just ruined my anniversary plans, and didn't try to be accommodating at all so I had to cancel.

Bad business! This place is a rip off. I bought a living social deal that was suppose to be for a 60 minute massage, foot scrub and facial. Which was suppose to be a $184 value and bought it for $89. When making the appointment the receptionist said its 60 minutes total for all these services to be done. How is this a deal then? And where is the $184 value as well? If I had purchased a 60 minute massage, a 30 minute mini facial and a foot scrub, that would be a total of $184 and would last at least 1hour 45mins -2hours for these services.This is what is advertised. I called back to see why I'm paying so much for an express service when that is not what was purchase and the receptionist just told me I could try to get my money back from LIving Social. How about you just don't try to scam people into thinking they are getting a deal and they are really over paying for express services. I just read another ladies review that said the same thing so I think this happens a lot. Seems like they won't be in business long if this is the way they run it. Its a scam to purchase these living social deals because they are ripping you off. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. FALSE ADVERTISING. JUST WANT YOUR MONEY.
