I came in to get my hair dyed lavender and to have the dark areas bleached before the lavender. I girl bleached my hair 3 times and refused to bleach the dark under the back, saying it would fall out. Then NO Lavender was ever put in. I walked out with grey hair and no color. The haircut was fine. I was there for over 4 hours. I spent $183.00 with the tip for a haircut and grey hair. I was about to cry it was so bad, so I just paid and left. I will be reviewing Bella Fontana online, so other people do not have to go through this Horrific experience.

I've been an off and on customer for the last few years. I've had massages and hair cuts in the past, but last week I decided to try something new, the Brazilian Blowout. I'm a curly haired girl, love those curls too, and I have fine, thin frizzy hair. The frizz was outta control. I swear I had like an inch of frizz above my hair on any given day at any given moment. My daily hair products would only temporarily control the frizz. As in, the second I walked outside, POOF, there went the frizz ball. I chose a salon I trusted, Bella Fontana, and a treatment they recommended, the Brazilian Blowout. Why do I trust Bella Fontana? Well, their stylists are contemporary! I know that I can communicate a look/style that I want and they can deliver. Sara, Wendy, Stephanie. I know these ladies and they do great hair. Why did I do the Brazilian Blowout? It was a treatment that would significantly reduce my frizz without killing my curl. I must say, Bella Fontana made a great recommendation. The Brazilian Blowout was perfect for my hair. I have BETTER hair. Like, I wish I were born with this hair. And now I'm reborn with this hair, haha. It's smooth but still curly (and I can even get cool beachy wavy looks now too). It looks healthier than ever. It feels healthier than ever. I'm all too happy with it. Best salon experience ever. Best result ever.

I have always had a lot of back hair and looked online for about 3 months trying to find a place to do it. Well the other places when you called went straight to a machine with no results, when I called Bella Fontana got a person right away. They answered all my questions and I was able to book my first session, Sandy was great, very professional. I have had two sessions since and very pleased with the results I have attained so far. They are always professional in dealing with me and this is a plus, also they make sure the session achieves the desired goals. I highly recommend this establishment, and plan on having them do other things after the hair removal is done, very confident in their ability to provide the services I need. Rick

Public Service Announcement! Stay away...for your own well-being and safety. We are fairly new to the area and this was first major disappointment we have encountered. First, the facilities are not clean or sanitary. Second, they clearly did not offer some of the items explained when my wife and I purchased a spa package...I mean, a blatant lie. And third and most disturbing, the ladies wore very revealing and inappropriate clothing, was not flattering at all either guys, there were comments made with racial undertones about the asian community and a conversation between the ladies about their "trailors". People, this is most definitely not a upscale salon as advertised!!!
