I have never been treated so rudely by a stylist in my life! Sandy needs to be careful about how she treats customers if she expects any future customers and business. I told her I would like some highlights. I asked her if I could see some red brown color samples, which I thought was a reasonable request. She said she didn't have any to show me. Then she told me she would come up with something that she could mix. I asked her if I could at least see a hair color sample book so that I would know approximately what to expect from the color that she had in mind. which any customer would want to know. She quickly became so irritated and said, "You don't trust me?" Before I could even answer her one way or the other, she hastily took off my cape and dismissed me and said, "Good Luck." Again, I have never had a stylist treat me that way in all of my years of getting my hair done. It was just so strange! And by the way, I went to one of the competitors nearby right after that and they did a beautiful job on my hair! They did not understand Sandy's behavior either. It was just so uncalled for and certainly not a way to get customers and even worse, she damaged their reputation as a business.
