Massage envy is a pretty horrible company in terms of customer service, but the massages are relatively well priced if you get the membership. The issue I had is that I moved within the same region, but the manager at this location refuses to allow me to transfer it to the location closer to where I live. So when I wanted to give hours to a friend, the lady at the desk at My location has to call This location to have hours transferred. If it turns out they have to call every time I have to use it as well, I'll go ahead and cancel it and start a new one, though I'll probably loose my accrued hours. The moral of the story is if you are looking for a massage envy membership, get it at absolutely any other location but this one.

I would recommend Massage 4th South location to anyone and their mom's. Best location hands down. They always are super accommodating, friendly and first and foremost caring. Although the membership at first was not something I was looking forward to, after I had my first session and saw how well they took care of their clients, I signed up with no hesitation. Now I come in almost every other week. I never thought massage would be such a necessity, but now that I have seen the light there is no going back. Not only are the therapists the best, but the front desk and management are always so so so so nice.

I've been a member of Massage Envy for almost 2 years now. I've tried a lot of the clinics throughout the Salt Lake valley trying to find a masseur/masseuse that I really liked. I finally found Shawn at the 4th South location about 6 months ago. Best Massage Ever! No joke. I tell all of my friends and family about it. I think Massage Envy is definitely worth the money. I Had a GREAT massage at this clinic. I was a little hesitant about the contract but they have been wonderful working with me in every way. The massages are great, the people friendly and its always a wonderful time!

I became a subscribing member thinking the price would be worth it if I did 2 massages a month for health reasons, it was in a great location, seemed like a nice enough place. I went once, it was great. I called to make an appointment my second time, and they got the time completely wrong, and tried to charge me for a missed appointment, even though it was their error. I am now a subscribing member, and hate the thought of even going in and dealing with them again. I now have about 5 massages that I need to use, but I really don't want to deal with their incompetence. Massages are supposed to be relaxing, but they aren't with this place.
