I know that there are a lot of happy reviews but I suggest if you're going to do hair removal go somewhere professional and not a school. I paid a lot of money for my voucher and a lot for my husband's. We are the ideal patient, dark hair and light skin. I'm 5 treatments in. By now i should see next to nothing on hair growth, but that's not the case at all. I feel like things are exactly the same. I'm going to either have to buy more sessions (which I won't) or go somewhere where the staff actually knows what they are doing. The staff can be nice all they want, but if their students are doing a poor job then why pay the money. Same situation for my husband. It's frustrating to pay so much money and not have results. Next, this place is really hard to make an appointment with. I scheduled my appointment 2 months in advance, worked out a babysitter and drove 30 minutes to only have my time sensitive appointment given away to a client that was late. The best they could do for me is have me come back (on an appointment I already made), and give me a complimentary $8 wax. Comparing the price between $8 and how much I payed for my voucher, as well as having my appointment given away to someone else, I don't feel like that was a fair compensation. Bottom line is go to a professional business and not a school. It may cost more but at least you know that they are not students and they know what they are doing.

I had full leg at Orem. They were so nice and I still have one treatment, but I can't see any hair grow up on my leg. I had a problem(itching and red spot) after a treatment, but they helped me a lot to solve the problem. I love SSI! They are awesome!

I've had wonderful experiences each time I've been to the Skin Science Institute for laser hair removal. The results are great and every student I had was extremely professional and knowledgeable. I wouldn't have known they were students as opposed to graduated professionals had I not known I was going to a school for treatments. The prices are awesome too.

I had a full leg laser series. They were great. Not all students thought full leg meant the same thing however. They were all nice enough to offer to do my toes and tops of my feet though. I did appreciate that. My treatments were done at the Orem Campus.

I loved every treatment I received at the SkinScience Institute! I have experienced micro-dermabrasion, body wraps, a photo facial, and chemical peels, just to name a few treatments!. Each treatment was done by a professional, friendly and knowledgeable student. Thank you!
