I have been going to His or Hers for years for massage therapy. Marilyn is amazing. She doesn't just give you a generic massage, she tailors the massage to fit your body's needs. The staff at the salon are friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere is welcoming and relaxing.

Great people - excellent client appointment management and follow-up contact system!! Our entire family goes to His n Hers for our hair (cuts for the guys, styling, tinting/coloring etc for the ladies), and the loyalty is very well earned. The shop is extremely clean and well appointed. Never had any issues. Kelsey is our preferred stylist/barber, but the entire team is extremely professional. Where possible, they will gladly work to "fit you in" if a last minute appointment is needed. And all that for about the same price as at the "chain" stores. Highly recommended.

I just had Bonnie Allen cut my hair yesterday and I just love my new cut. I moved to Richmond two years ago and have been traveling to Charlottesville to get my haircut and it was becoming a burden but I was afraid to switch. I had a consultation with Bonnie and she took the time to listen to me and actually look at my hair and feel it to know what to do with this curly mop. I highly recommend Bonnie for curly cuts.

Very professional environment. Service was great, stylist was very knowledgable and executed her plan for my hair perfectly. I was very pleased and have been receiving wonderful comments about my hair since I visited the salon. I will return and I do recommend this place for hair services.

Their service is great, everyone is so nice no matter what you are there for. I amade an appt. on short notice but was able to get in and it was great!!
