Had a piercing done here last year, REALLY bad mistake. Heather, the owner, isn't trained, or even qualified to do them. She has been refused for apprenticeship by other piercers in the area, and I found this out AFTER taking a trip to the E.R. 4 days after having a "monroe" done - which began abscessing immediately!! She didn't use sterile jewelry, and didn't bother to even look at the inside of my lip before using a much larger than needed needle. The whole experience was painful and confusing (I have had other piercings and tattoos, so this wasn't a new thing for me.) I was put on very strong antibiotics, and had to wait 2 months before having the piercing redone by another business in town. I was shocked to hear that I am not the only person who she has injured like that. The new place I went to said they receive clients regularly that have went to her, and need to have things redone properly... I think it's sad she is willing to do things like this to turn a quick buck. I haven't been back since.

I came here after I had a horrible box dye experience. They got me in the same day and a cut,color and style only cost me $60.00. It was a great experience I don't think my hair has ever looked so good:)

I went to my 10 0' clock appointment this morning...I sat there until 10:30....The owner/stylist, Heather, forgot my appointment. The stylist contacted Heather to inform her she had an appointment. Rather then apologize and get there she asked the other ladies if I would reschedule my appointment till Monday. I had to go back in the afternoon and let a sweet lady named Marcy highlight my hair. It was very ackward, as the owner was right next to me and never apologized. Great business ethic! Im never coming here again. You pay a lot for a hair service and this was so unprofessional. I would take my business elsewhere, however I had a gift certificate as a gift to this place :/

I was referred to Heather at Indulge by a friend. I called in for an appointment to get my hair cut and was greeted by a friendly staff member, who scheduled my cut quickly. I have been to a lot of salons in Oak Harbor and am always completely underwhelmed by the snotty staff and "sorry we are booked until...(insert several months ahead)". I went for my haircut in the early morning and though I was early, Heather let me come in and have a seat while she cheerily opened the salon. It is a very small salon (as stated by a previous reviewer) but I really don't need a big salon to get my hair done, and the decor is all very sleek and modern. The stations are spacious enough to accomodate both client and hairdresser adequately. Heather took a look at my hair a bit and then took me to the shampoo station which was very comfortable. She talked to me the whole time and even massaged my head during the shampoo. I found her to be very courteous, professional and cheerful. She did not gossip with me about everyone in town like most hairdressers, she kept the conversation light and unoffensive. I understand that this location is in very close proximity to 7WEST, so I guess I understand how it could get noisy on occasion but during my visit it was completely silent (10am on a Tuesday). All things considered I will be back, the quality of the visit and the haircut all turned out to be excellent. If you are looking for someone to cut your hair who is personable and professional give the ladies at Indulge a shot.

For having been to alot of places on the Island and not liking either the service provided or the proffesionalism this place was great ! The girls there are amazing, Love Love Love this place you should really check it out. Super cute Salon and spa!
