Incredible Destination Spa right here in Central Wisconsin. The beautiful setting, pleasant staff, and phenomenal services let you drift off to a world of relaxation, while they take care of your needs. I can't think of a better place to spend a day treating yourself to a day of pampering and wellness.

Great experience! I felt welcomed as soon as I walked in, not to mention it smelled great there! I got the hot stone massage and wow. I never knew I could be that relaxed! Definitely going back soon for round 2!!

I planned my best friend's bridal shower at the Wellness Spa (The Bachelorette Bash). When I first called, I was told that someone at the Spa would "arrange it all for me." So, I booked it (at a cost of $150), and then later got a call stating that they needed to know all the services everyone wanted because they were "booking up." Really? I just paid you $150 to set aside this time for us, and you are booking other people during that time without giving us priority. Oh, and did they "arrange it all" for me? Heck no. Some of our guests did not even get to schedule treatments, and my friend (the bride) had to have her pedicure next to a stranger instead of with one of the other girls getting a pedicure. Then, to top it off: as advertised we were supposed to get a "cheese, fruit, and chocolate tray." More like 2 pieces of cheese person (we only had 8 total!), one piece of old chocolate each (the cheap kind they throw in parades), and not fruit, but grapes....just grapes. What a rip off. I've tried calling them the past few days to talk to a manager about my dissatisfaction, but they refuse to let me talk to a manager -- conveniently she is ALWAYS "out for the day." I will say that my massage was excellent though, and everyone enjoyed their treatments. (Of course we paid for them). And, it was nice that the bride did get her pedicure for free after we all had purchased other treatments. I added hot stones to my relaxation massage -- I would highly reccommend it if you're getting a massage there. Bottom line: I'm sure it's great if you are just wanting a massage or a facial, but after leaving there with a $400 charge on my credit card, the bachelorette bash was definitely not worth it!
