I was here with my Girlfriend after buying her a Couples Massage Spa voucher from Skin & Body Worx for ther 21st Birthday. The Groupon did not seem like a special, we just slightly got what we paid for and nothing more, it seemed that they completely reduced the value of it so they can still make money off the Groupon, instead of giving us the value what we paid for in this special to attract us to their business in future. The Groupon was said to be valued at R1600, and I paid R480 for it. They promised us a Couples Full Body Massage, with Body Scrub and a Pedicure, along with Sandwiches and a Drink at the restaurant next door. When we got there, we were already put off by the location of the Spa, Next to a greenery. It was really hot inside the Spa, because there was no air conditioning. The biggest let-down, was that me and my girlfriend had to do two separate massages in two separate rooms. There was no couples massage room, even though they sell this as a Couples Massage!! We received a full body massage, and a pedicure / foot treatment, but it was uncomfortably hot in the room, and the massage lotion they used smelled really bad. They weren't planning on giving us the Body Scrub until I asked them specifically when they're going to to that part of the Groupon! Afterwards, we went to the restaurant outside and saw a big poster showing all the Gourmet Sandwiches that they have available, but when the waiter served us, he informed us that we are only allowed to choose from the most basic, cheapest sandwiches they have on the menu! We decided on taking the plain chicken mayo with chips and my girlfriend took the one with salad, as it is advertised on the menu. After placing our order, the waiter came back to us, telling us that the chips or salad that normally comes with the meal, is not Free in our case with the Groupon, and we would have to pay extra for it! It might have just slightly be worth the the R480 I paid for, instead of receiving the R1600 value they promised! I got this Groupon as a present for my Girlfriend for her 21st Birthday and we were highly disappointed, it spoiled her birthday gift completely!
