Incredible. Walking distance to the docks, restaurants, curio shops, bakeries and helicopter tours and next door to an aquarium. The staff were very professional and warm. High tea is fantastic, and the breakfast was superb! The bed was the best sleep I've ever had. The tub is enormous, and the shower is amazing. Our room looked over part of the docks and Table Mountain. I'm already planning on coming back. I highly recommend the One and Only!!

Good afternoon I read about the Easter egg hunt at One&Only online and made my booking two months ago. I must say I was very disappointed The Easter egg hunt lasted for about 10minutes in this small play area, there was NO bunny, NO games and the kids were not allowed to play either. Walking to the “Easter egg hunt” area took longer than the actual event. I specifically asked where the Easter Egg hunt would take place and was told it would be at Reubens restaurant but this was not true, the kids were taken to kid zone area. I definitely expected more from the One&Only which is why we brought our kids to your restaurant to celebrate Easter.
