Never ever will I go back to this place.. My son had purchased groupon vouchers for a full body massage for myself and his mother in law. We had an appointment for 12.00pm on 21 February 2012, and went, prepared, for a really nice treat. . They took me into massage rooms and was told to undress. There was no place to hang my clothes,,, was I supposed to leave it on the floor???? The massage was ok, and at 12.50pm was told by the masseuse, that she was finished, and that I could get dressed . My entire body was covered in oil from head to toe and yet I was expected to get dressed without even being offered the use of the shower to wash it all off. There was nobody around to ask if we could use the showers and they were all so unfriendly. We were not even offered a glass of water or anything else for that matter, to drink!! This place will never see me again and I will not even bother to rate it! Thanks so much for your bad service, unfriendly staff and unwelcoming atmosphere!!!! From one very unhappy client!!!!!!!!!

Never again will I go this spa. We had a appointment at 1 pm. After waiting for about 20 min we had a quick scrub. Put in the steamroom. We where never been updated what is happening next. After the steamroom we swop around with a other couple because nobody from the spa was there to tel us what to do. Then we had to wait again for 45 min before we got our pedi, after that we where suppose to have a Mani, To our supprise they stated that it was wrong on the website. We waited again for more than 30 min for a quick massage and even quicker facial. AT 4.45 we where standing outside the door. (NEVER NEVER NEVER WILL THEY SEE ME AGAIN. THIS WAS A GIFT AND SHE PAID FOR 4 HRS OF PAMPERING AND ENDED UP WITH MAX 2 HRS)
