On a quiet Saturday afternoon I arrived 5 mins early for an expensive $80 facial appointment set for 2pm, their last appointment before they close at 3pm. At 2.15 I was told that the room still wasn't available and wouldn't be for 'a few more minutes'. I politely left. I'll find somewhere that's more organised and able to commence an appointment on time.
