I went to the Canberra Day Spa for a full leg wax. While everyone was nice, the waxing job done was just disappointing. The room was very dark and the girl was not precise at all. I came home and sure enough, there was lots of hair still. One whole side of my leg had not even been touched! I went somewhere else 3 days after to get it done again. I do think that a nice ambience is important but that does not mean that the room can't be lit up. Very disappointing!
I had the Indulgent Beginnings package which was given to me for my birthday. The staff were extremely helpful upon my arrival and I thoroughly enjoyed my treatments and the therapist's warm and friendly nature. The rooms were beautifully presented and the products used were perfect for my sensitive skin.
I went there it was good... So nice peoople and service..... please use it....
