This has to be my favourite place for massage. The staff are friendly and professional and very good at tailoring a massage to what your body needs. Trisensa has a relaxing ambience, is well decked out and is neat and clean. We book the VIP couples room as a treat regularly now! Thanks so much Trisensa for the best massage experience.

Sadly, while I had a great first experience, the second time I went there was not nice. I walked into the massage room which had very dimmed lights, and I turned the lights up so I could see (I had just walked in from outside where it was sunny); I realised the towels on the bed had not been changed from the last person who had been in, and possibly from even before then, they were very dirty. They did change the towels when I asked, but didn't offer profuse apologises which I was expecting. Also, usually massage places tell you about the oil etc they're going to use on your body, this place didn't even ask about any injuries or medical conditions before we went in, let alone tell you about the products they use. I noticed the lady giving me the massage had the exact same technique as the first lady that had given me the massage, when I asked her to avoid my neck (which had recently been injured) she didn't follow my instructions even though I asked her twice. While all the staff were polite, they don't have appropriate business practices for a massage parlor, I wouldn't go back.
