came into Exquisite Hair with dry unmanageable hair sporting a colour that I hated yet no other hairdresser was prepared to change, because it was too dark, Rita sat me down with a freshly ground coffee talked me though different options suggesting alternatives for my colour and style, quoting me before any work began, I received a result I am very happy with from a professional experienced senior hairdresser. Rita thanks to you I feel beautiful again and every body has been commenting on how much younger I look. I am telling every body about your salon.

Rita! Thank you for inviting me to your salon, this salon exceeded my expectations. The customer service was outstanding in that the stylist listened to every single detail and made the style perfectly especially with my thick hair that is hard to style. All the staff were extremely friendly, welcoming and outgoing. Rita was especially this, when I walked into the salon she made me feel like I was not a customer but a true friend. I hope this salon will make it to the big time! God bless!

One day while walking back to my car through Parker Arcade, I noticed "Exquisite Hair & Beauty." When I walked through the door, I simply said, "I've been to three hairdressers in the last six months and each time I've asked for my hair to be layered." The manager, Rita, looked at my hair, turned me around to look at the back of it and said, "That's definitely not layered!" I told Rita where I'd been and who'd cut my hair and she replied, "They're all juniors." By the time Rita had finished with my hair, I had a brand new style and was one very, very happy customer. I go back every 6-8 weeks for a trim. Rita was completely up front with the cost of my first haircut, explained exactly what she would do and told me the cost for subsequent visits. As a pensioner with no other income, it was good to find someone who didn't charge an arm and a leg and who knew what they were doing and actually listened to what I wanted. They may not be the cheapest hair salon in Penrith, but I believe you get what you pay for. Oh, and Rita has never tried to get me to buy special shampoos, treatments or other stuff like other salons do. Thanks Rita, see you next month ;-) Lyn

We felt welcomed from the moment we stepped through the door. Rita was welcoming, kind, understanding and willing to tailor to our needs. Our son is scared of haircuts and washing his hair. She talked him through the whole process, changed to quieter clippers, made him feel like he was special and worthy of having nice soft hair ready for school and a photo shoot a few days later. We will definitely consider going back again.
