We loved our stay at The Escarpment Retreat. The gardens were lush and gorgeous, our room was perfect for our little getaway especially loving the fireplace and four poster bed which was so comfortable. We loved the brekky that was included, i have been craving the deliciousness ever since we have been home, back to cereal :). The location was terrific. We also really enjoyed meeting Carolynne and she was extremenly friendly, welcoming and helpful. I wish we had been able to try out the massage facilities as i have heard amazing things ...maybe next time. I highly recommend staying at the Escarpment Retreat, my hubby and i had a fabulous stay.

My husbands health has not been 100% lately and also his birthday was coming up and when I seen this on the internet I knew this is what we needed. The Escarpment is so beautiful and peaceful the rooms were so lovely just to my taste, love the look of the rooms. Breakfast everyday was WOW we loved it everything so fresh and cooked to perfection. Lady serving us breakfast everyday was so lovely and was so nice to see a friendly face in the morning. We also booked the cinema for Saturday night and was great. I was going to take a blanket because there was a chill in the air and to my surprise you thought of everything two warm soft blankets already there. Our stay was perfect we really needed it and was great to explore Mt Tamborine as well we loved it and will be back again. Thankyou for a beautiful stay.

beautiful surroundings. What a pleasure to wake up to the sounds of birds chirping. The staff friendly and very helpful. The villas warm and inviting and oh that wonderful bed. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much and I would not hesitate to invite our friends to experience a little luxury at escarpment. 9/10 ( only because I am always being told at work when time to do reviews on my staff that nobody is a ten)

Escarpment was a relaxing, peaceful getaway from everything. The Villa was very comfortable and roomy and our log fire certainly got a work out. We enjoyed our glass of champagne and chocolates on arrival and breakfast each morning was a great kick start for the day. We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 days and felt we had been there for a week.

It was a sophisticated, well managed, luxurious and peaceful haven amongst beautifully scenic surroundings. There was friendly, efficient service. We were in absolute bliss and it was a bittersweet farewell on our last morning. We will definitely be recommending the escarpment to all our friends. It was an amazing experience and escape from reality.
