The wave pool is heaps of fun! The gym and group exercise classes are fantastic and there is heaps of variety.
My kid loves it. The only frustrating bit is there is only 2 family shower rooms. It is not a small swimming pool for barbie and kent, and it is so popular for the kids. I can't see how 2 family shower rooms are enough here.
The facilities are average, customer service is extremely poor! Have come across different people at the front desk who know very little about their admin and/or accounts procedures, been given unclear and misleading information... they don't have an alternate phone number for accounts or billing enquiries and are unable to point me to the correct person. Don't bother joining any membership or classes because you'll most likely end up losing your money and not getting what you want! Total rip-off!
The centre need a serious maintenance especially the spa, However the gym should be extended. And pay more attention to stone hygiene issues in the change rooms. The management simply should think seriously of paying a visit to The beautiful centre in Bently
Great complex! Excellent outdoor 50m pool. Nothing better than a morning swim at sunrise at MARC.
