Incredible customer service, friendly staffs. Location is super perfect, bus stop (ROAM) is right in front of the hotel. You can take Bus 1 or Bus 2 which runs almost every hour, to Banff downtown. We got a big room with 2 queen beds, fireplace, safe, and bathroom with 2 sinks. Clean and spacious even for the 4 of us (2 adults + 2 kids). There is also a Safeway supermarket within walking distance, or you can ride the bus and stop at the first stop away from the hotel. Everybody is super friendly here in this hotel. I am extremely satisfied with our lovely stay. I would definitely come back to this hotel if we come back to Banff. Special thanks to Stephen (Manager), Victoria, Meredith and Cheryl at the front desk, and also to the two friendly concierges.

A wonderful hotel --great service, great bed and a fantastic restaurant with the best Prime rib I have ever had--great pool and a great location--second time I have visited Banff and this time it was top notch because of this great hotel--would recommend it to anyone--you will not be disappointed---John krempen Tucson--we stayed 10 days in sept 2013.

We are staying at the hotel. There is no view from the room we stay. The bed is comfortable but the room is small... For $300+, I don't think it is worth it...

we stayed at the delta rather than the banff springs as it was booked. Very impressed. Very clean and quiet.
