I own a dynasty spa and I live in Saskatoon. My spa requires a jet body. I called into the dynasty spa in Saskatoon. They told me that they do not carry any parts or service for their spas that they sell and that I must deal with Dynasty in Red Deer. I find this absolutely absurd. There was absolutely no after sales support from Dynasty Spas in Saskatoon, yet the proudly sell the product. I called into the Red Deer Store on Tuesday July 15th at around 10:30am. I gave the rep the part number of the jet body that I required for my dynasty spas hot tub. After a 5 minute wait on hold, she comes back on the line and tells me she can't do anything for me with the just the part number and that she requires the spa serial number. I find it somewhat weird. I acquired the serial number from my spa and called her back, confidant that I will be getting the part that I need. After another hold, She tells me that she has to call me back with pricing and availability. I completely understand how a retail store works, it gets busy with shipment and customers. At this point I patiently wait for a call back. The end of the day rolls by and I still have not received a call. It is Wednesday morning now, I decided to be proactive, so I called the store and ask to see if they any luck with my part request. I get told that they were busy because of a shipment and that I will be hearing from them. Today is July 22nd. Exactly 1 week since I inquired about a Jet body part, from which I can't get from the dynasty store in Saskatoon nor the main Dealer for Dynasty Spas which is Red Deer. I am stuck with spa that I cannot use nor repair because I cannot find this specific part. This is brutal customer service. No after sales support. No one is willing to help. Starting from the Saskatoon store all the way to the Red Deer store.
since the purchase of my hot tub I have had great service from the friendly helpful staff and the small issues I have had have been dealt with in a timely manner overall very pleased and I would happily recommend Dynasty Spas to any one I know.
Loving our Dynasty Spas!! I have been meaning to write this review for a few weeks now! Thank you sooooo much for getting us our hot tub for the Christmas holidays!! I know we didn't give you a lot of time to get it ordered in so I really really REALLY appreciate you working so hard to make this happen! Christmas morning with the family in the tub was perfect!! Thank you Amanda for rushing in our spa and having it to us in just 3 weeks! I recommended you to our neighbors....and yes, don't worry, I told them it usually takes 4-6 weeks to get one!! kim :)
My wife and I had a great experience buying a spa at Dynasty. It was very relaxing and laid back. We were well informed and left feeling we made the best purchase possible. After we made our purchase we compared prices and found out we actually did make the best purchase here!
Love My Tub! Thank you Dynasty Spas ! Just purchased the 8seater Caspian Model. I've been using my tub every night for 2 weeks straight. Love the lights and stereo. Kids love the waterfalls. Thank you for your help with explaining how all the buttons & jets work ! ! I think I've got it now : )
