I'm so happy that this place has new owners! They have done an excellent job of renovating! This is one of my favorite places to go for a massage. I usually steam beforehand to loosen up, and greatly appreciate that the steam rooms are private. I have been to almost every single one of their massage therapists and they are all amazing. Also, the estheticians are very friendly, professional, and take their time. The staff here are very educated and this is definately the cleanest, most sanitary spa in Red Deer.

I really like this place for the most part, but my last experience was terrible all the girl did was complain about staffing and did a terrible job on my pedicure and the manicure all of the nail polish chipped off the same day, my massage was in a room with a clock that was ticking obnoxiously loud and the massage therapist didn't understand what I meant when I asked if there was any possibility of moving the super loud annoying clock. I have to say for 250.00 that was not a pleasant experience.

Nice place, but horrible customer service, they do not how to deal with complaints, blaming the customer for the lack of service, very expensive. and at the top of that and services can not be claim in insurances. Not recommended.

The spa services have always been top notch and now with all the new renovations the experience has been elevated! the atmosphere is calm and totally refreshing! I have been going to this spa for the last 3 years to get rid of migraine headaches, I have not been disappointed! I recommend their services to everyone! I highly recommend buying gift certificates for that 'hard to buy for' friend or loved one, you can't go wrong!

The experience is always top notch at "Totally Refreshed". From the moment you walk in the door- you are greeted by friendly staff, treated kindly & promptly. The facility is always clean and relaxing. I personally have been seeing KANYA for the therapeutic massage- she is amazing. Been struggling with much shoulder pain after falling down the stairs and she has helped tremendously. Will continue to this facility as much as possible.
