I wish there was an option of negative stars to rate this place!!! HORRIBLE AND HORRIFIC!! Such a dirty place, they have nothing that a regular salon would have. for example, no take home flip flops for customers to wear, to cuticle remover tool, no foam toe divider for pedicure. Took an hour and a half for a mani and pedi that wasnt even worth it! Took customers in between my session. Nails were not cleaned AT ALL!! and the nail polish job looked like a 6 year old did them. I did my nails for the Christmas season to look proper yet everyone that saw them just laughed! wish i would sue the company but they are really not worth my time! please close down ur business or improve
WORST SERVICE EVER!! I visited their location at 10510 Torbram Road Unit 11. The customer service was horrible. I bought their voucher on groupon and booked an appointment 2 months ago since they kept saying they were booked 2 months in advance. Finally I went for my appointment, there were four people working and had no customers at the salon. I asked to get my pedi/mani done and the lady said sure its $40 come in and told the nail tech to take me in. As soon as I told her I have the groupon voucher and have an appointment, they said they are not taking any appointments today only walk ins and I have to pay the regular price if I want to get it done. I do not get the point of them having a deal on groupon and it was very frustrating. I asked to speak to the manager, the lady there who would not tell me her name said they are not taking any groupon deals and they cancelled it online. I showed her the deal on my phone and said it was still active and she said I dont know told me to contact groupon. I would never go there again. They need to stop their false advertisement also. I have called groupon and got a refund for my voucher. I have just recently moved to brampton and the first salon I even visited and had the worst experience ever.

The salon is very well designed and pleasing to the eye. That is the only positive. I have visited the spa on 4 occasions as it is tucked away in a little plaza in my neighborhood and I enjoy coming to a place that is not crowded. My first encounter was excellent, however, I have not seen that technician since that time. On the other 3 visits (2 of them were with groupons) the technicians were poorly skilled (no leg massage, no complete heel scrub, thin and poorly laid polish, toe cut during cuticle removal). I also watched a technician completely ignore a customer who came in inquiring if there was a long wait for waxing. I watched the client leave upset. With regards to the groupon, I have been told that they are only booking one groupon customer per day and so people have to wait one month for an appointment. I have since cancelled my groupons and asked groupon for a refund.
This is the WORST salon to get your nails done. Soni, the lady who had done my manicure and pedicure was horrendous. There was nail polish all over my toes, fingers and cuticles when she said she was done. She was going to let me leave with nail polish all over my skin! One of my toes wasn't even painted completely! She constantly blamed my "small toenails" for her unacceptable job. I had to tell her to do it over again.. about two more times. Of course she put on a sour face and tried to rush the job. As a result, it was done poorly AGAIN. Also, I guess she thought I didn't understand any Punjabi and was speaking poorly about me to her coworker. Since she was still doing a poor job, I had to tell her what to do (clip cuticles, remove excess nail polish, apply cuticle oil, etc.) To top it off, she didn't even buff my nails properly & the nail polish she used was old and too thick. It left so many air bubbles and did not lay smoothly on my nails. It took me a total of 2 hours to get a simple mani and pedi done. After the third try I was fed up and decided to pay and leave, but I was not going to pay full price for such a horrible job. I politely spoke to an employee who guided me to the front desk to talk to an extremely rude old man named Balwinder. Once again, I politely told him my concerns and he said "pay or I will call the Police". Balwinder, along with Soni, continued to SCREAM at me and say "you can't afford this that's why you're complaining" [...] "You kept on bothering Soni so she didn't do the job well" [...] "Leave here and never come back" [...] "You are poor, so you don't want to pay". I demanded the owner's name, which Balwinder refused to give me (along with his name and Soni's name). After some back and forth he decided to tell me their names while saying "I'm not writing it down for you - if you can't understand the names then that's your problem". I wrote the names down on a sheet on paper and Balwinder took the paper, ripped it up and threw it in the garbage! Do you understand why I'm so enraged with this spa? They were extremely rude, unprofessional, clearly undertrained, not to mention wasted my time and my money. The actual interior of the spa is pretty and the location provides the spa with a lot of potential to do well. It's a shame that they have such unprofessional barbarians working there. I hope the owner, Lucky, reads this review and realizes that his poor excuse of what employees should be will likely brand his spa as an unprofessional, family ran disaster.
