Great experience at the Sterling Inn. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The spa is great as well. Very happy with our stay, best place we have been in in the falls.

This is the best hotel I have ever been in, I have no complaints. It was relaxing, every one was super nice, they let us check in earlier, amazing amenities, great location, great breakfast, amazing restaurant right below them! every thing was fabulous! 10 out of 10 !!!!

From the greeting at the front desk until we were leaving the staff were amazing .Friendly helpful happy a group of people that are very good at what they do.My wife and i will judge every hotel or Inn we stay in by the Sterling Inn . I wanted to leave a review as I was completely surprised on how much I loved this inn. I usually stay at a different place but a friend recommended this place. Glad I took her advice!!! Pros: * Front Desk Personnel very polite and helpful each time I called * Lobby very pretty, clean * HUGE room (wooden floors, organized, beautiful) * CLEAN room, neutral colours * AMAZING walk in shower with (4) various shower heads * AMAZING soaker tub with jets * Bed was comfy and HUGE * Warm blanket (essential to me :0) * Smaller inn, perfect to relax * The best part was that they bring you breakfast in bed (quiche, yogurt, juice, coffee/tea, croissants, fruit) (and you get to pick what time they come…. We did the latest time between 9:45-10am) (FANTASTIC….. FANTASTIC……. FANTASTIC…….) Spa (Couple massage) * Nicole and Steve were AWESOME, very polite and kind * Massage awesome * Very clean * Punctual!!!!! We didn’t know that they had a fantastic dining option. We went to the keg at Embassy Suites, but now that I know this, I will definitely dine at the inn next time!!!! Read the sheet of paper they give you at the front desk when you sign in, as it tells you how to operate the fire place, spa jets etc. it was very helpful Con * The first con I personally that think of, is the location that the inn is situated in. The inn doesn’t have all the flashy lights and appeal as the main drag… (Actually there are 3 vacant building directly across from them) and the area is dim with poor lighting. However I did not fear leaving my car in their parking lot as they have 24 hour surveillance, and you occasionally see the police as well as security personnel going around. *The other con at the Sterling Inn is that they have limited room service availability. The Sterling Inn room service is in the morning time (7-10 I think) and dinner service between 5:30-12pm (while their dining room is open). It’s about 15 min walk (to make it to main drag) and 4 min drive. Well worth the drive to the Falls. Will definitely stay here again!!!!!!!!! This Inn well exceeded my expectations

My husband and I stayed at the Sterling Inn one night on our honeymoon. We showed up early and they let us check in to our room since it was ready for us. Our room was beautiful. Very spacious and modern. We had a huge bathroom with a large jacuzzi and shower. Our room was very clean. Our room was on the first floor and it was very quiet. We never heard any other guests. They do a continental breakfast each morning and ours was delivered at the exact time we had specified. The bed was super comfortable. It was honestly the best we had slept in weeks. The gym is a little small, but they have enough equipment to get in a decent workout. I believe the spa is on the lower level near the fitness center, although we didn't use any of the spa services. The area surrounding the inn is a little deserted, but that didn't bother us at all. It's about a 15 minute walk to the falls. I honestly would return to Niagara Falls just to stay at the Sterling Inn again.
