We stayed 4 nights at the Prince of Wales and it was very nice. We did have some problems. There was a power failure for about an hour and we had to get to our room on the third floor. The staff was very helpful and guided us to our room with portable lights. For some reason the emergency lights in parts of the hotel were not on. After writing to Vintage corporate and sharing our experience, they wrote back and were very helpful, even refunding us one nights stay. They handled the situation as you would expect from a quality hotel. The rooms were very nice and the stay enjoyable. It is located in the heart of town and you can walk everywhere. I would definitely go back. Great staff. The emergency lighting, I was assured, was corrected.

Class elegance and upmost comfort to its max.

Wanted a king bed but was quoted a suite for $599. I went for the "value room" at $169 but they charged my credit card over $300! Had to hike up 5 flights of stairs to get to a room with 2 twin beds and a shower with very little water pressure. I wouldn't stay here again if it were free! Incredibly overpriced! Read the other reviews and believe them. Don't stay here!!!!
