Bodhi Massage Therapy Clinic
Reviews
The objective: I booked an appointment with Kyle Murdock on a Friday at 4:30pm in late Nov 2014. It was my first visit to the clinic and my massage was scheduled for 30 minutes. I arrived early at 4:10pm, filled out the paper work, and chatted with another RMT, Rafia Shahid. We talked until about 4:40pm, and Kyle had not shown up yet. Rafia helpfully attempted to call Kyle several times to notify him that I had arrived. He did not answer. I waited until 5pm before giving up and leaving. Rafia kindly offered to slot me in at 6:00pm as she had a client she had to attend to. I declined because I had to pick up my wife. She apologized on his behalf and about the situation. I never heard from Kyle after the fact. The subjective: I was so pumped to get this massage. My work is pretty stressful and my schedule therefore does not typically allow for pampering by a RMT. Needless to say, I was really excited to be going, and even bragged to my wife that I'd be getting one the night before. So when Kyle Murdock did not even show up to render what I am sure are his amazing RMT skills, I became even more worked up and stressed out than I had been before I even went there. I would have been better off not even booking anything. As for Kyle, I do sincerely hope nothing bad happened to him (e.g. a bad car accident), but if he simply lacked professionalism here, well, then I'd say my entire experience was pretty horrible. I would have given 1 star, but gave 2 stars instead because Rafia did her best to troubleshoot the situation.
