I wasn't treated so well at this spa. The lady over-steamed an area of my neck and when I went back to show it to her, she pretty much told me I had bad skin to begin with. She took no accountability and showed no remorse for my terrible customer experience whatsoever. I don't recommend this place at all.

Mihaela and Marlene are the warmest and most professional estheticians I have visited and I loved the way they helped me relax. Balancing both a stressful job and a full life requires one to take the time and trust in a place where the staff are friendly and do a phenomenal job. My manicure was done perfectly by Mihaela in additional to the friendly conversation and laughs that helped me relax. Marlene as always offers good advice from experience and I love the new addition to La Fleur little Peppe. As a team you make the boutique spa experience enjoyable and an escape from the otherwise busy industrious city life. The drive to Windsor is not so bad when you know that at the end of the journey, you can be assured that you will be leaving beautiful and relaxed. La fleur day spa is one of the best spas I have ever been to. The booking is all done online so that you can see what slots are available. It's fast and convinient to book. This spa uses top of the line products that are healthy for your skin. Marlene, the owner, is a very easy to talk to, geniuine and nice person. She makes you feel comfortable and relaxed whether it's a facial or a brazilian wax! She is professional and very well informed about esthetics. She geniuinely cares about all of her customers. Overall, I feel that this spa is definately worth going to! I will be a regular customer for life!
